Our previous Christmas tips have been about prepping to save time when cooking. This tip is slightly different, it’s about saving space!
Whether it’s leeks, carrots, cauliflower or cabbage making use of a steamer, hob based or standalone helps save space for those other things you’re trying to cook. We also find that washing a steamer is much easier.
Don’t forget to make sure there’s water in the bottom! Believe us, burning cabbage is not a great experience.
