Customer Support and Administration Assistant

We’re looking for someone to come and support us in the business as a Customer Service & Administration Assistant. This role is core to what we do, helping not only with the day-to-day tasks but to help plan ahead, and make the plans happen. The role is there for you to make a difference!
Here’s the slightly more traditional details. Typical duties:
- Processing/amending customer orders
- Responding to customer queries (email, social media, telephone or in person)
- Taking orders/payments over the phone
- Creating, Editing and updating products on the website
- Assisting in other areas of the business (Farm shop, Seasonal Events)
- Minimum 16 hours per week (more hours at peak times) – split over 3 to 4 days per week. (Negotiable)
