Description
Florence Fennel is a highly aromatic (it smells like aniseed) bulb. The fennel bulb is a crisp vegetable that is often sautéed, stewed, braised, grilled, or eaten raw.
We often like to use fennel in roasted vegetable dishes due to it’s flavour, roasting it with new potatoes, tomatoes and courgettes.
